1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–12 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding international shipping soon!

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your package directly on the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

4. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us immediately at support@hommist.com.
Once the package is shipped, we cannot modify the address.

5. What is your return or refund policy?

We want you to love your purchase! Please review our Refund Policy page for detailed information. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

6. My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! Please email support@hommist.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the damage, and we’ll help you with a replacement or refund.
